- 8 oz sliced cremini or button mushrooms
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring out spices.
