  • 2 cups egg noodles or rice (cooked)

Instructions

  4. Add beef broth, scraping the pan for flavor; simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream until combined. Avoid boiling after adding sour cream.
