Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet with garlic. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted into a creamy sauce.
- If needed, add reserved pasta water one tablespoon at a time until you reach desired creaminess.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately topped with additional Parmesan if desired.
