  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sauce)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (for sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
  3. Place seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat; then add buffalo sauce and stir until combined.
  5. Once baked, transfer wings to a bowl, pour sauce over them, and toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
