  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of buttermilk, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
