Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté zucchini noodles for 3-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.
- In another pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir.
- Once simmering, mix in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Fold in the sautéed zucchini noodles until well coated.
