Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bunch fresh kale (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (or Himalayan pink salt)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry the kale leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.
