  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
