  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach or romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
