- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let cool before shredding.
