Description

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the beaten egg until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls using about two tablespoons of the filling each and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy coating.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauce.
