Description

Red, White, and Blue Jello Cups are a festive treat perfect for summer celebrations. Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 oz) raspberry jello
  • 1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry jello
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups boiling water (2 cups for each jello layer)
  • Clear cups or glasses for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water. Pour into a bowl with raspberry jello powder. Stir until dissolved and let cool slightly before pouring into clear cups.
  2. Chill the red layer in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  3. After the red layer is firm, spoon a 1-inch thick layer of whipped cream on top.
  4. Boil another 2 cups of water. Mix in blue raspberry jello until dissolved. Let cool slightly before adding it on top of the whipped cream layer.
  5. Refrigerate for an additional hour until fully set.
