Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Drain and let cool.
- While shrimp cools, peel and dice the mango and avocado into small cubes.
- In a bowl, combine mango, avocado, cooked shrimp, lime juice, Sriracha sauce, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Gently stir to mix.
- Spoon the mixture into shot glasses or small cups generously.
- Garnish with cilantro or lime wedges for added flair.
