  • ½ cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Add canned tomatoes (with juice) and vegetable broth; bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes.
