  6. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Roll out the risen dough, cut into rounds, and make holes in the center.
  8. Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
