  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or basil, chopped
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Sear the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the pan.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  6. Toss cooked linguine with the sauce and add chopped herbs before serving.
