  • 16 oz cream cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie mix as directed and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  3. Crumble cooled brownies into chunks and fold them into the cheesecake batter.
  4. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over brownies in a baking dish, swirl remaining brownie batter on top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center. Cool and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
