  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog (high quality)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Pour in eggnog and vanilla extract; blend on low speed. Add ground nutmeg and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set around edges but slightly jiggly in center.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  6. Cut into squares and top with whipped cream and extra nutmeg if desired.
