Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cover unused sheets with a damp towel.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. In another bowl, mix tahini, honey, cinnamon, and chopped nuts.
- Brush melted butter on the baking dish and layer six sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each with butter.
- Spread half of the tahini filling over the last layer and top with another six sheets of phyllo, repeating the buttering process.
