Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Trim and wash the Brussels sprouts.
- Blanch the sprouts in boiling salted water for 5 minutes until bright green. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and blue cheese until combined.
- Layer half of the blanched sprouts in a greased baking dish, pour half of the cheese mixture over them, then repeat with remaining sprouts and sauce.
