- 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried thyme)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the sweet onions thinly. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add the onions. Sauté until translucent.
