  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • For frosting: 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

  6. Fold in the mashed bananas gently until combined.
