- 100g Granulated Sugar
- 200ml Heavy Whipping Cream
- 150g Biscoff Spread
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add Biscoff spread and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing out the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
