  • 200g Biscoff Cookies
  • 100g Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 400g Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 100g Granulated Sugar
  • 200ml Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 150g Biscoff Spread
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed Biscoff cookies with melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add Biscoff spread and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust, smoothing out the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  5. Before serving, garnish with extra Biscoff spread if desired.
