  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Warm milk and combine with sugar and yeast; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and melted butter. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for about an hour until doubled.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough, spread butter, sprinkle filling, and add blueberries.
  5. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 12 pieces, and arrange in a greased baking dish to rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix powdered sugar with milk and vanilla; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
