- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 to 2 lbs)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup salsa verde
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts and rinse under cold water; pat dry.
