  • 1 cup fresh apple cider
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine cake mix, apple cider, and eggs; whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. Crumble the cake into fine pieces in a large bowl; drizzle with caramel sauce and mix until well combined.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Insert lollipop sticks and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt remaining caramel sauce; dip each chilled cake pop into the caramel until fully coated. Let excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar once cooled and allow to set before serving.
