  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
