  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a half-inch thick rectangle.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and evenly sprinkle taco seasoning over it.
  4. Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold the dough in half lengthwise and gently press down to seal.
  6. Cut into one-inch strips and twist each strip before placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
