  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Add cubed chicken and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ranch dressing until well combined.
  5. In the baking dish, mix cooked pasta with the chicken-bacon mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
