- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 8 oz rotini or penne pasta
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Add cubed chicken and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- In the baking dish, mix cooked pasta with the chicken-bacon mixture and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
