- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups fusilli or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Add broccoli florets during the last minute of cooking.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream with garlic powder and half of the Parmesan cheese; pour over the pasta mixture.
- Combine everything in the baking dish and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
