  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fusilli or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. Boil pasta until al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add broccoli florets during the last minute of cooking.
  5. In a bowl, mix heavy cream with garlic powder and half of the Parmesan cheese; pour over the pasta mixture.
  6. Combine everything in the baking dish and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
