  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (full-fat)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chicken broth, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until smooth.
  5. Layer sliced chicken in the greased baking dish followed by steamed broccoli. Pour sauce over everything and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
