- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup dry Marsala wine
- 8 oz fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and measuring out liquids.
- Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and keep warm.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides (6-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Pour in Marsala wine to deglaze the skillet, simmering until reduced by half (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in heavy cream, letting it simmer gently until thickened slightly (2-3 minutes).
- Toss in cooked fettuccine and parsley until well coated in sauce. Serve immediately.
