Ingredients

  • Dark Chocolate
  • Toasted Hazelnuts
  • Heavy Cream
  • Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pie crust.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Toast hazelnuts on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes until golden.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in melted chocolate and half of the toasted hazelnuts into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour filling into the prepared crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
