  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and milk; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just blended.
  4. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
  5. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Layer with remaining batter and swirl gently with a knife.
