Description

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a piece of brie in the center of each square, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  4. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over each filled square.
  5. Fold corners over the filling to create pockets and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
