Description

Cranberry jalapeño dip is a delightful blend of sweet and spicy flavors that brings a festive touch to any gathering. This easy-to-make recipe combines fresh cranberries, zesty jalapeños, and creamy ingredients into a vibrant dip that’s perfect for chips or veggies.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse cranberries and remove any bad ones. Dice jalapeños finely (wear gloves).
  2. In a food processor, pulse cranberries and jalapeños until finely chopped.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cranberry mixture with cream cheese and sour cream; mix until smooth.
  4. Add lime juice, sugar, and salt; stir well to combine.
  5. Fold in cilantro gently before covering and chilling for at least 30 minutes.
