  • 8 cups day-old French bread or brioche, cubed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place them in the baking dish.
