  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  3. Place chicken in a zip-lock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Arrange marinated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over the chicken before serving and garnish with sliced green onions.
