Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz extra-firm tofu
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  5. Pour the sauce over the crispy tofu in the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds or chopped scallions.
