  • 2 cups fresh mixed fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mango)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the mixed fruits into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl with lime juice and honey/agave syrup.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Cut flour tortillas into triangles. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on both sides of tortilla triangles.
  4. Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
