- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil salted water and cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente (10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then shred.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Fill each cooked shell with the chicken mixture. Place in a greased baking dish and pour any leftover sauce over them. Top with more Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
