- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and sauté until golden brown (approximately 6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and scrape any browned bits from the skillet. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
- Combine sautéed chicken and some of the sauce in a bowl (reserve extra sauce). Fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
