  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked chicken and sauté until golden brown (approximately 6-8 minutes). Add minced garlic during the last minute.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and scrape any browned bits from the skillet. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  4. Combine sautéed chicken and some of the sauce in a bowl (reserve extra sauce). Fill each shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread remaining sauce in a baking dish and arrange stuffed shells on top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
