  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup tahini paste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and toasted pine nuts. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. While meatballs bake, whisk together tahini paste, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  6. Serve warm meatballs drizzled with tahini yogurt sauce.
