- 1/2 cucumber, grated (for tzatziki)
- 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt (for tzatziki)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for tzatziki)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure they are spaced evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While baking, prepare the tzatziki by mixing grated cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, and optional dill or mint in a separate bowl until well combined.
- Serve warm meatballs with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
