- 3. In a bowl, mash avocado with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Layer fresh spinach on top, followed by zucchini slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
- 6. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the veggies.
- 7. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
