  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Scoop dough into muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly springy when touched. Cool completely before frosting.
  6. Generously pipe or dollop cream cheese frosting on top of each cookie cup.
