- 1 lb frozen thick-cut French fries
- ¼ cup hot honey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; flip halfway through.
- While fries bake, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix it with hot honey in a bowl.
- Once fries are done, sprinkle shredded cheese on top while they’re hot. Add the hot honey chicken and finish with chopped green onions.
