Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  4. Pipe mounds of choux pastry onto lined baking sheets.

  7. Once cooled, fill each puff with whipped cream using a piping bag.
