Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or provolone), shredded
  • 4 crusty sub rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
