  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Add chopped bell peppers and sauté until tender. Let cool slightly.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spread shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving edges clear. Layer cooked sausage mixture, pepperoni slices, and fresh basil on top.
  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log shape from one long side and pinch the ends tightly to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
